What you'll do
- Execute and optimize trading strategies across Polygon DeFi protocols and liquidity pools
- Monitor market conditions, spreads, and on-chain flows to identify opportunities
- Manage risk parameters, position sizing, and portfolio exposure across venues
- Collaborate with protocol teams on liquidity programs and market structure
- Analyze token metrics, volume trends, and ecosystem activity to inform decisions
- Document strategies, performance, and learnings for the broader team
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in crypto trading, market making, or quantitative DeFi operations
- Strong understanding of AMMs, DEXs, lending markets, and on-chain liquidity dynamics
- Comfort working with wallets, dashboards, and analytics tools on Polygon and EVM chains
- Disciplined risk management and ability to operate independently in fast-moving markets
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a remote team
- Passion for DeFi and the Polygon ecosystem — prior Polygon experience is a plus
