What you'll do
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for Polygon ecosystem products and campaigns
- Identify, pitch, and manage partnerships with protocols, studios, and community leaders
- Plan and run growth campaigns across social, events, AMAs, and community channels
- Create sales collateral, one-pagers, and partnership proposals tailored to Web3 audiences
- Track campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and partnership outcomes
- Collaborate with product, content, and community teams to align messaging and launches
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or growth — ideally in Web3 or tech
- Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with the Polygon ecosystem, DeFi, gaming, or NFT communities
- Experience running campaigns on X, Discord, Telegram, or similar Web3 channels
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a remote team
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and iterate on growth initiatives
